C | ”日前，全程参与抚顺城市展示馆建设的市政协委员、抚顺市规划勘测设计研究院副院长李国明，向记者讲述了抚顺城市展示馆建设背后的故事。 “抚顺最早在市交通大厦有一个几百平方米的城市规划展厅，是2004年建设，展示内容为1996-2010年版城市总体规划，主体是一块实体沙盘，内容陈旧、展示方式单一，已经满足不了社会发展需求。”李国明说，市委、市政府高度重视城市展示馆建设，早在2016年就开始收集相关资料，筹备城市展示馆建设，他有幸成为筹备小组一员。 城市展示馆，是综合展示城市方方面面的场所，筹建前期要收集我市历史、经济、城市建设等各方面内容。
D | 李国明和筹备小组成员深入我市各行各业，寻找大量相关资料。其中，抚顺历史文化展区内容，涉及到党委、政府，还有各大企业，有些厂矿资料，市档案馆都没有留存。为了找寻这些“宝贝”，他们深入抚矿集团、抚顺铝厂、抚顺发电厂、抚顺特钢等多家企业，挖掘收集整理珍贵的工业历史资料。每次发现珍贵的生产场面，大家都特别兴奋。同时还寻找一些有代表性的工业产品，并制作了模型，还面向社会进行收集。通过这些珍贵的资料，让更多人了解抚顺工业发展历史。 规划设计定稿前，从事城市规划勘测设计工作多年的李国明组织相关人员赴湖南长沙、浙江金华、吉林长春、辽宁沈阳等地参观学习，借鉴先进的经验。“长沙的城市规划馆是打卡地，一年接待几千万名游客，我们在设计时也往这个方向努力。”李国明说，设计时，结合场地实际，在展陈的流线环节下了很大功夫。观众想看全馆、想看局部，每个区域都有独立的出口，专门看某一区域，可直接进入。 抚顺城市展示馆于2019年11月11日投入试用。作为集城市规划展示、科普教育、特色旅游、经济招商为一体综合性展馆，它汇集城市展示和文化以及教育与休闲等多种功能为一体，不仅有助于政府对于城市建设发展进行宏观决策、促进城市发展，有效促进城市形象及城市经济发展，同时也承载了宣传抚顺市地域发展特色和提升城市人文气质的重要作用，是宣传城市群众文化建设成果的重要平台和实践阵地。 “数字沙盘是城市展示馆的一大亮点。”李国明介绍，当时设计时，就考虑到要制作一个当时最先进的数字沙盘。
E | 因为老式沙盘存在到期重新更换问题，会造成很大的浪费。
F | 而数字化沙盘用的是180度墙屏地屏屏幕拼接，全靠投影和屏幕展示，规划更新时只需更新软件内容即可，不仅节约了资金，还在视觉上有很强的冲击力。 互动影院，是抚顺城市展示馆又一大亮点。观众站在展区固定位置，一挥手，大屏幕上的鲜花顷刻间绽放、雪花漫天飞舞。“当时在这个环节，我们花了很多心思。
G | 陪同设计团队到抚顺大伙房水库、和睦国家森林公园、三块石国家森林公园、清永陵等抚顺有代表性的景点取景，用无人机航拍、数字化建模，这种形式在辽宁省内还是首次采用。”李国明说。
